Clemson brings back arguably their best running back since CJ Spiller with Travis Etienne returning for his junior season. He’ll co-headline one of the nations best offenses alongside QB Trevor Lawrence. He’s the obvious top of the list for RBs in the ACC entering 2019. Two other stars will push him throughout the season.
